How we work together: what a quote means, when you own the code, how payment runs, and what we are and are not responsible for.
These terms apply to anyone using bizhoist.com, including the free tools, and form the basis of any work we do together unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
“We” and “us” means Biz Hoist, based in Delhi, India. “You” means whoever is using the site or engaging us for work.
A quote is a fixed price for a defined scope. Once you accept it, that price does not move unless the work does.
If we think a cheaper approach would solve your problem, we will say so before quoting. That is not a negotiating tactic.
Work may be paused on overdue invoices. We will tell you before that happens rather than simply stopping.
You do, once the final invoice is paid. On that payment, ownership of the code, designs and content we produced for you transfers to you outright.
Before final payment, the work remains ours. This is standard and it protects both sides.
Two things stay ours:
There is no ongoing fee for the right to keep using what we built you, and nothing we deliver stops working if you stop working with us.
Every quote includes a realistic timeline. If we believe a deadline is not achievable we will say so rather than agree and miss it.
Timelines assume you come back to us on feedback and content within a reasonable period. Most delays on projects of this kind are waiting on material from the client, which is normal — but it does move the finish date.
Custom builds are hosted on servers we manage, because that is how we can make promises about speed. You are never required to host with us — if you would rather host elsewhere, we hand over the code and help you deploy it.
You are responsible for the legality of the content you ask us to publish. We will not build anything designed to deceive people.
The speed check and SEO audit are provided free and as-is.
Nothing the tools report creates an obligation on us, and no business decision should rest on them alone.
Do not use this site to attempt unauthorised access, scan systems you do not own, send automated traffic at volume, or interfere with its operation. We block and, where warranted, report such activity.
We take the work seriously and stand behind it. That said, and to the extent the law allows:
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Either side can end a project in writing.
We would far rather resolve a problem than end a project, and we will always raise concerns before it gets to that.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction. For international clients, this does not remove consumer protections you have where you live.
We may update these terms. The version in force for your project is the one that applied when you accepted your quote — later changes do not apply retroactively to work already agreed.

These terms are written in plain English to be read rather than skimmed. They are not legal advice, and you should have them reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them.
Only to see which pages help and which don’t. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising, and declining changes nothing about how the site works. More in our privacy policy.
