Easily, because most of it is async. Briefs, updates and questions go over email or WhatsApp, so neither of us is waiting on the other to wake up. When a call makes sense, we schedule it in your working hours. We take payment by Stripe or Razorpay, whichever suits where you are.
Why is there no pricing on this site?
Because a number without context is a guess. A five-page site for a local business and a five-page site with a booking system, payments and a customer portal are not the same job. Pick your services in the builder above and you'll get one fixed price within one business day, agreed before anything starts, with milestones on larger builds.
How long does a project take?
A landing page is days. A full site is a few weeks. A custom application depends entirely on what it has to do. You'll get a realistic timeline as part of the quote — if we think a deadline isn't achievable, we'll say so rather than agree and miss it.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Hosting on our servers is the default for custom builds because it's how we get the performance we promise, but you're free to host anywhere. We'll hand over the code and help you deploy it. Nothing we build holds you hostage.
Who owns the code when it's finished?
You do. Once the final payment clears, the code and everything in it is yours. No licensing arrangement, no ongoing fee for the right to keep using your own website.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes a support window for anything that breaks. After that, a maintenance retainer is optional — plenty of clients take the site and run it themselves, and that's a perfectly good outcome. We'd rather you choose it than feel locked in.
You're new. Why should I take the risk?
Fair question, and we won't pretend otherwise. Beyond that: milestone payments so you're never far out of pocket, and the honest advantage of hiring someone who still has a reputation to build rather than one to coast on.
Can you fix or take over an existing site?
Often, yes. Sites that were half-built, abandoned by a previous web design company or developer, or hacked are some of the most common work we take on. Send us the URL and we'll tell you honestly whether repairing it or rebuilding it is the better use of your money.
Are you a marketing agency?
No. Biz Hoist is a web design company that also builds apps and custom software, not one of the marketing agencies that run ad campaigns and social media. We build, host and fix websites, and set ads up once if you need them. If you want ongoing campaign management, top advertising agencies do that well, and we will say so.
What is the best web design company for a small business?
The one that fixes a price before starting, shows live work you can click through, explains how the site will be hosted and maintained, and hands you the code at the end. Screenshots are not enough; ask for URLs. Any web design company worth hiring will also tell you when you do not need them.
Can I use ChatGPT or an AI website builder instead of hiring a web design company?
For a simple placeholder page, yes, and it is a sensible way to start. AI builders fall short on speed, search structure, reliable forms and anything custom, and you rarely own clean code at the end. We use AI tools ourselves to work faster, but a person still designs, checks and owns every part of the build.
Will my website show up in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT answers?
Nobody can guarantee it, but you can make it much more likely. AI answers draw on pages that load fast, render fully without JavaScript, explain clearly what a business does and carry structured data, plus reviews and listings elsewhere. Every site we build covers the on-site part; the off-site part takes time.
